Pros

FFF's commitment to diversity and inclusion is one of the things that makes it stand out. I appreciate how the leadership teams make everyone feel welcomed. Benefits, PTO, Bonuses, 401K, and an extra freebee day off every year, provided by the company, as a "reset" day for you to just enjoy the day off, relax, refresh and reset mentally and physically, and many many more incredible things offered/provided by the company. Company stands by their core values and goals. It's a family feeling kind of business, which talks so many words in itself!

Pros

Supportive Colleagues: The team members are dedicated and collaborative, making it a pleasure to work alongside them. Their commitment to getting the job done creates a positive and productive work environment.

Cons

Ineffective Management: Some managers lack the necessary leadership skills and expertise, which can hinder team progress and create unnecessary friction. Professional Boundaries: Company-wide communications often include personal religious beliefs and political opinions. This can make the workplace feel less inclusive for employees with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Compensation Discrepancies: Despite claims that salaries are comparable to the area, compensation for certain positions does not reflect industry standards. Additionally, job titles do not accurately represent the responsibilities assigned, leading to mismatches between roles and expectations.
