      Pros

      - You get to take home food samples.

      Cons

      - No proper training/ SOP manual/introduction to work practices provided as the team lead was too busy and delegated the task to a team member. - The team lead did not check in on my training until the end of the first month. - I was discriminated against on the basis of my ethnicity by the team member who was supposed to train me. - My HR POC chose to not investigate my complaint and instead ended my employment rather than do her job because she was from the same country/ethnicity as the racist team member. - Toxic workplace culture - blatant favoritism and ethnic nepotism.

      Pros

      I had a good time working at FGF. I’m the type of person who prefers physical labor over sitting around in an office all day, so this was the ideal job for me at the time. The money was decent, and I was able to stay healthy by keeping active all day. More than anything, I liked how little stress I had working here. I didn’t need to worry about deadlines, and work never came home with me. It was simple, straightforward, and active. Sometimes that’s all you need in a job.

      Cons

      The lifestyle I wanted wasn’t sustainable with the salary I was receiving. I needed to invest into a totally new career.
