      Pros

      FGP has a great work culture and everyone is on board with achieving excellence. It's a fast-paced environment and there are high expectations, which sets great standards in place for quality of work. Everyone is dedicated to their work, but a family environment is still evident in the workplace culture. The company has a very supportive group of employees and I enjoy coming to work each day.

      Cons

      There is a lot of growth within the company, which results in frequent changes. However, I believe these changes have and will continue to positively impact the company's future success.

      Pros

      You get to choose your own schedule each week. The job is fulfilling because the surveys obtain important information for many government agencies including the CDC in Atlanta. It's not a high pressure position. I get paid weekly.

      Cons

      It's a part-time position. I like to be busy and it can be slow at times. There's not a lot of room for advancement.
