Separation of offices/teams can be a hindrance to communication

What started off as a positive experience devolved into a toxic and disappointing situation. Remember these recruiters are SALESPEOPLE first. You are nothing more than a product. I set reasonable boundaries in a position that asked me to complete tasks outside of my original job description and in direct contradiction to my personal beliefs. As is their right, the company I was assigned to declined to move forward with offering me a full-time position. Instead of helping me find and transition into a more suitable assignment, my recruiter ghosted me. My emails were left unanswered, my calls unreturned. The very least that she could have done was communicate to me that FGP no longer wished to work with me. Her choice instead was to rudely and unprofessionally cease all contact. I would never work with FGP again nor recommend their services to anyone. *Edit: I am purposefully not using my real name. I think it is important for others to hear my story but I do still need to find gainful employment and would not want this review to give pause to any potential new employers.
