If you are 1 minute late they are constantly giving you grief over it.
Supervisors and upper management have favorites and other people get the bad end of the stick.
You accrue sick time and are frowned upon and reprimanded for using any of it.
Constantly decreasing the bonus structure.
Management sleeping with employees and having affairs.
Not a healthy environment as the building is disgusting and has leaks everywhere.
Freezing with no heat and no mini heaters allowed.
System/Phones consistently down.
Hiring new upper management to implement new procedures and structure when they have no idea what they are doing and making things worse.
If you speak up about concerns or question why are things a certain way and they try to do what they can do get you out the door.
Company is just trying to fill chairs since the turnover rate there is ridiculously high, thus you work with idiots who don't know what they are doing and have nothing else better to do but gossip.
You behind in goal? no approved OT for you but yet people on pace to hit goal get approved OT as a reward.
At times have unrealistic expectations.
