There is nothing that is good about this company

Cons

They hire ANYONE. There is no accountability for associates. And no recognition for a job well done. Been with the company 3 years and never had a raise. Supervisors have 30+ people on their teams and do not have time for 1:1 meetings with us. Micromanaging from upper management is the worst.

Pros

I’ve learned a lot new things, in my time working here, crossed train in various roles, and the company really encourages that. I started off in a temp role and transitioned on from there.

Cons

Honestly, having to commute in-office is the biggest qualm. The drive is too far. Turns an 8 hour shift into almost 10 hour work day with the commute.
