Pros

Coworkers and managers willingly share knowledge and advice. Compassionate, people-centered, mission-driven organization. Nice benefits.

Cons

Impacted greatly by federal funding cuts so I'm not sure how that will affect the culture going forward as they look for funding elsewhere

Pros

Technical experts are amazing. There are a lot of very committed and intelligent people.

Cons

Leadership is a mess and was even before USAID was dismantled. There are a lot of toxic teams. Now, as they try to pivot with USAID under State Department without enough support staff, it is utter chaos.
