Quite Possibly None other than the people you get to meet.

Cons

Low Pay, Liars about compensation, Liars about company and employee values, They set unrealistic goals for new employees that can't be met, They promote Soliciting on people's property, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they will fire you within 3 weeks if you dont get 5 successful soliciting attempts.

I would drive up to 90 miles for a lead which could be over 2 hours one way. After the consultant FHIA would call my client if they didn’t sign and offer my commission as a discount to the homeowner . Needless to say they were offering me only a tiny commission. Often I often spent hours traveling to homeowners, custom designing their spaces. The “tiny commission” was an 83% reduction in pay. Would you work for 83% less? I was told by upper management this is very ethical. They said they were going to do what it takes to make the sale.
