      Pros

      Short Hours. If you get a sale it's really good money. My Boss was Blake so he drove me around instead of me using my own transportation.

      Cons

      Sales are slow as slow can be. If your not aggressive at the door then you will not get a sale at all. Sales are kind of difficult to get but its worth it if you can sell. At the end of the year don't get your hopes up because that's when sales are the lowest.

      Pros

      good lower management, friendly first name basis, high quality products.

      Cons

      Low pay and commission and bonus plan need to be worked over. Management gets the lions share while people that get the business to the bottom line are over looked.
