      Project Manager

      Pros

      The majority of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      The amount of process they have put into each project is overwhelming. They are so risk adverse nothing reasonable can be done. They expect zero defects on projects. If one thing isn’t perfect it is a huge issue and all projects need to add additional safe guards to make sure it never happens again.

      Thank you for your feedback. You’re right – our people are great! And while our (heavily) regulated environment means we don’t have a big risk appetite, we aren’t risk adverse, either. We believe in building a strong risk culture so we can manage the risk in our work – instead of letting the risk manage us.

      Super siloed and lack of trust between departments

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were good, and they improved to match with other local businesses when employees spoke up about it.

      Cons

      Every department is siloed. Cross-departmental collaboration is like pulling teeth. Lots of unnecessary drama and gossip. Hardest workers go unrecognized.

      We appreciate your feedback. Over the last few years there have been changes to our leadership team, but our values (especially Respect and Teamwork) have not changed. We always encourage employees to say something if they experience a situation that is not consistent with our values. While there are many things we do well, we know we can always improve.
