Business Outlook
Pros
-Had extremely supportive bosses my first 5 years here -I had a lot of flexibility if I ever needed to be OOO, but I think that came with developing trust with my bosses -My boss did an amazing job rewarding our team throughout the year & telling us when we did a great job, and really advocated for us when it came time for year-end reviews and getting us larger bonuses -Lots of projects, but they were manageable as long as you were transparent with your manager about needing more time -Opportunities to learn new tools
Cons
-Ended up leaving due to poor management during my last 3 months -Somewhat underpaid compared to other positions I later applied for
