      Still has some good people left in the company Located in San Diego, cant beat that. Good to have on your resume, I think

      Cons

      Promotions seem to be dependent on how is your direct manager. Upper management don’t show enough appreciation. Few managers take interest in their direct reports Your group is graded on a scale when bonus and promotion comes around

      The current job requires travel all over the world, which I enjoy

      Cons

      No upward mobility for engineers. Also, the raise at the end of the year does not reflect job performance of the individual.
