friendly and relax environment, very stable company, people there are very friendly and helpful, company allows job transfer between teams/department even formal application and interview is needed. Besides, you also need to compete with outside applicants. Good teams of people, friendly atomosphere, like any consultancy it can be hectic, but also a good sense of comaradare there as well

Cons

Sometimes long hours on projects, not always knowing what the future will entail (though this is true in any comapny in the current climate)
