Pros

referral bonus. and depending on which team you join, some teams are well managed. I dont have so much to say so i'd just like to keep it short and sweet. ultimately based on which teams you join, you will be treated different. its disjointed this way. so access your interviewers well. beware sales positions as they tend to be just brute force sales man. at least in AP. So i hopw thats enought for your to decide if you want to work in such an organization.

Cons

its too sales centric. and thye seem to have grown too quickly

Pros

It is a pretty relaxed environment. No real thinking required as you plug-in numbers into software. Get to house sit for your manager while she is traveling to Europe. Very lax telecommute policies - sometimes it made me wonder if my managers really "worked" from home.

Cons

Mostly the lack of professional advancement, the below-market salaries, and the way that employees are treated as monkeys on tasks, decisions. You get highly rated only during promotion time which is governed by seniority rather than true performance. Skills you learn on the job are predominately non-transferable.

Pros

Fair Isaac's policy towards telecommuting is by far one of the most relaxed in the industry. Average salary is much higher than if you were to work in any of the industries that Fair Isaac serves. The balance between work and life(personal) can be easily managed.

Cons

The vision has been blurry over the past few years especially during the TG years. MG's leadership seems to have brighten the path a little bit, but it now comes down to executing that vision. Still too many middle management and not enough foot soldiers to actually do the work. Benefits seems to be dwindling each year.
