      Great people, lots of people have been there 10, 15, even 20+ years which tells you that there are a lot of people who believe in the company and enjoy working there. It was voted as a top place to work for mid-sized businesses for a reason.

      Cons

      Executive team believes the hype over the actual results, resulting in disjointed business units and friction between those units.
