not much work pressure , some perks like free meals , free broadband etc

Cons

no carrier growth , no cutting edge tech , most of things are dominated by HR, projects more CTC when they come to campus.

good work environment ,flexible timings , good colleagues and talented people to work with software developement side is good but maintenance kinda work is very regular and boring in Fair isaac.

Cons

compensation not relative to market. Hikes and recognition of good work lacks a lot in fair isaac. career progress is very slow
