The company has a real hard time understanding why they bleed talent. It's really not that difficult to understand. FICO does not give raises (even with stellar performance reviews) and rarely gives cost of living increases. The only time a raise will be given is if there is a promotion. FICO employs Glint surveys that highlight deficits in the company culture. This realization doesn't appear to impact any change. FICO is always in cost cutting mode. Employees feel they're always first on the chopping block. You can read in other reviews regarding layoffs, no pay increases, or bonus pools that aren't funded. Living in fear of job loss isn't a good feeling. This company simply doesn't get human motivation, which of course feeds back into morale and ultimately worker effort.
