It's okay here

Pros

Generally relaxed, pretty good benefit and pretty flexible with schedule as well as continued work from home condition.

Cons

While the pressure is lower and it's not hostile there still is this weird pressure that makes it hard to take longer vacation and you have general expectation to come out exceeding beyond a general good performance level and do beyond work that's asked of you in the project.
