Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our mission of Investor Protection, Market Integrity is behind everything we do at FINRA. We are sorry to hear you experienced a gap between senior management and staff. We always welcome feedback from employees on how we can communicate better and encourage employees to reach out to their HR coordinator.

Pros

Good coworkers, good benefits, learned a lot, was given opportunities to advance

Cons

Can get a little political and people who are hired at the entry level and move up in the organization will always make less than their counterparts who were hired with some experience
