Regulatory expertise - pockets of good management only due to new hires in supervisory areas in NYC.

Culture is negative - not progressives as they advertise, management in th Culture is negative - not progressives as they advertise, management in the Enterprise Technology is backwards, the team is not interested in new ideas just following the delayed Infrasteucture. Hire consultants to quickly get rid of them for no real justified reason. Poor diversity and ethics with staff. Enterprise Data Technology in Rockville office is backwards, the team is not interested in new ideas.
