Pros

Loan forgiveness is amazing. The legacy of the place is quite inspiring. The place is a wonderful stepping stone to investment banking. With the right leadership this could be an amazing place to work.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent. The trading community is shrinking and membership is dwindling. Technology is horrible. The old guard there seem unable and unwilling to learn or get away from the old trading days. Diversity is rarely a consideration, and some of the old guard managers just plan and simply to be fired. Right now FINRA is directionless in the face of dire need. I hope they get their act and technology together.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are glad you found the legacy of FINRA to be inspiring, but we are sorry to hear you experienced inconsistent leadership and an issue with a front line manager. We believe in our smart, passionate, dedicated employees—and that’s why we’re committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Our diversity and inclusion programs have been nationally recognized. More importantly, we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. We hope you shared your feedback during your exit interview. If not, we encourage you to reach out with more information at glassdoor@finra.org.
