Pros

The people. Great people to work with and hang out with after work. Fulfilling work on behalf of investors. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Hard to advance because average employee stays a long time. Not unusual for employees to stay 20+ yrs. Not a larger organization- under 5k employees- which also makes it difficult to advance.
