Collaborative team members, no micromanaging, good benefits, a few good social events a year, lots of opportunities for promotion

Cons

Remote work (while making you more flexible it can be a little isolating), lack of consistency across the board in terms of procedures

Great people, great environment, and very good benefits. They have done a great job in allowing employees to work in a hybrid environment and in creating diversity and inclusion programs.
