Allow WFH and the benefits are good.

Cons

The manager's attuite is bad and also does not recognize your contribution. No chance to get the promotion.

Stability. Great perks. Nice with a large employer outside of DC.

Cons

Boring, non dynamic. Lots of employees stay in their positions too long.
