Pros

Work/life balance, fairly competitive salary, PTOs

Cons

Favoritism, cliquish, little room for advancement, no more pension for young employees who put the time in but their age was held against them, benefits are getting less attractive, FINRA isn't an attractive place to work for anymore.

Good location. Decent salary and benefits.

Cons

Cut-throat environment. Constant territorial clashes in upper management trickle down. Repeated layoffs after announcements to the contrary.
