Pros

Great work/life balance, generous benefits & time off, particular appreciate the backup care benefit. Huge when you have little kids!

Uncertainty of positions in Member Supervision going forward. Possible dying industry means less need for our work. Flat revenue streams.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We work hard to give employees a great benefits package so we are glad you are able to take advantage of that, including the backup child care benefit. As for the future of Member Supervision, we assure you that work is not going away. Our exam program is at the heart of our mission of investor protection, market integrity. As you know, we are in the midst of transforming our Examination and Risk Monitoring program to make it more effective and efficient to ensure we can fulfill our mission now and in the future. If you have questions about the transformation, we encourage you to reach out to the appropriate work streams or to the Member Supervision senior leadership team.
