People are very nice. The work pace is generally moderate.

Cons

The tech is a little bit out of date.

Pros

I feel working for FINRA is extremely rewarding and enjoyable. I learned a lot from the job and my co-workers and was able to extend my knowledge with others and on my job there as well.

Cons

None that I can think of.
