Pros

Working with some very nice people.

Cons

Young managers who have egos which can easily be bruised. Experienced examiners may pose a threat to these egos.

Pros

Great work life balance which isn’t typical in other industries.

Cons

The company is quickly changing which causes lots of confusion. No room for upward mobility and Management positions are given to less experienced staff. Management seems unengaged. Senior Management doesn’t know what is actually going on at FINRA. Not the best culture and favoritism is well known.
