Pros

Competitive pay, good bonus structure, good benefits, and ability to WFH. The business side of the company seems well run, with good leadership, if a little bureaucratic.

Cons

FINRA Technology has major management issues. Manay managers grew up in the company and have been promoted beyond their level of skill. Politics play a major role here, and if you want to advance at all, you have to play the game. Actual job training and development is minimal and ineffective . Your value is largely determined on how aggressive and hostile you are to get your way. They do not value consistency, dedication to the business customer, or decent management practices. They value meeting deadlines and milestones more than delivering value to the business customer, and browbeat the business into accepting whatever they produce, whether it meets the need or not.
