Pros

Wfh is great, little to no expectation of going in office. Great place to learn a lot about the industry. The company itself invests in its employees and cares about them.

Cons

It depends on what group your in and who your manager is so do your research. This group - the investigators - isn’t great. Pay could be a lot higher for how much work is given & expected to be completed, again depending on your group/manager. If you have a bad experience though, apply elsewhere and the entire job/ culture will be different. It’s worth staying at FINRA - just leave your current role if your manager is bad.
