Management is not informed or well versed in subject matter. The select few rule and when their actions are questioned, heads will role. Everything is subjective, no one in upper management can make an definitive call on anything. Poorly run. A lot of wasted time spinning wheels. Very Political atmosphere.

The stress level is very high. The work loads are impossible. Executive level management takes care of themselves with excessive bonuses and tells employees that the budget can't support a 2% discretionary match in the 401(k). Turn over is high.
