      Fully Remote for Software Engineer. Travel to Rockville, MD roughly ~4 times a year for training.

      Cons

      Collaboration between department and teams could be improved. Organizationally not as efficient as it could be.

      Some of the engineer here are really smart and always lot of things to learn

      Cons

      You get set in certain "track" for promotion and everybody gets promoted on the rate of the track. It doesn't matter how much more additional degrees, certificates or contribution you make, you will not be promoted based on merit.
