      Currently still working from home untill they take that away. There are some good employees trying to make things work.

      Awful upper management. Instability is making it very hard to plan around anything in your life.

      -WFH -Decent pay -Some great people to work with -Good work life balance -Interesting sector to work for

      Cons

      -No promotions , little career progression offered -Upper management does not care about their employee -Sometimes you will need to work night-shifts and/or weekends and the rate for overtime is not great (used to be but it has not been reviewed in ages)
