Pros

Lot of talented people to work with. Okish work life balance. Benefits etc.

Cons

Too many org changes. You get passed around a lot. I have never had a bad performance yet in the midst of the pandemic in 2021 they cut me as part of normal layoff cycle stating non performance related. I was let go with my network switched off the same day, so I couldn’t even send a thank you note to my colleagues. Management makes huge promises to promote you but instead throws you under the bus at your time of need. I have had 6 managers in 3 years I worked there. Slogging in day and night to be left out to dry.
