There are no pros at all.

- forcefully making entire team to wait back for 2 hrs after log off stating target not met, unrealistic target - despite of putting extra hours and bringing the volume down, announced lay off, do no job security - very disrespectful management team, no one would care to address your concern be it harassment or anything - even HR team is very unprofessional
