Pros

If you are worth anything, you won't be here long.

Cons

The company has quarterly layoffs, which they bill as "purging under performers", but really all they are doing is purging the highest salaries. So, the higher your salary, the bigger the target on your back. They only pay 401K matches at the end of the year and only if you are still employed on December 31st. And yes, they quote this as a "Motivation to keep employees from leaving us."
