Pros

Decent salary, *some* interesting roles, and a plethora of different jobs for different skill sets.

Cons

Massive incompetence and lack of any discernible wisdom, critical thinking, accountability, and actual ability to do most managerial jobs. Hirings and firings are cyclical and based on favoritism and cheapest cost instead of talent or what's best for the company overall. Shady managers that violate the company code of ethics and put financial data security at risk. They have had problems in the past with employees violating ethical guidelines, and managers would rather brush it aside or eliminate the whistleblower instead of the actual person responsible for unethical actions. Avoid if you have any soul left of want to feel secure in your job if you actually do it well.

Pros

The people here are awesome...no question. Everyone I interact with in Orlando and on my immediate team are very hard-working and make this a great place to be. The benefits are solid enough, it's a gorgeous campus that feels very inviting (at least on the outside) and at least shows the company wants (attempt) to be cutting-edge in the green building arena.

Cons

While the president of our division is an awesome manager and very engaging, I'm not sure about her direct subordinate. Both of them have a bit of an "old-guard" personality, particularly the latter. They are avidly against remote-working (i.e. working from home), and the second director is very much a micro-manager; very demanding. The salary could be a lot better, and as much as I like our division, other divisions are an absolute embarrassment. Our network (run by a lazy, idiotic IT support team) is slow, constantly having issues that affect both employees and clients. Trying to get responses from ImageCentre, our in-house item processing solution is like pulling teeth. And i've been told by the director of our division that nothing can be done about either of those departments.
