Work life balance is great. Working from home is great. Team members are great. Great team atmosphere.

Cons

1. Management changes too often which results in directives constantly changing 2. No bonuses even when perfecting yearly goals. 3. Many offshore teams means early morning or late night required meetings 4. Benefits are very costly.

Breakfast on Mondays and Wednesdays. Lunch occasionally.

Cons

No raises unless promoted even then you can expect about 4% maximum. Basically no growth opportunities whatsoever. Company culture is basically shut up and do your job. They don’t want leaders or thinkers they want obedient employees.
