Pros

Good decent pay. Thats thenonly good thing about FIS

Cons

Everything!!! They require you to work Mandatory overtime andnif you don't you get pointed for it. You can be fired for being ill and making it to work while ill. If they call ambulance for you be prepared to be fired when you return to work. Management doesn't care about their employees they only care about their numbers. Feels like being in jail while working there. You have to ask permission to go to the bathroom. Horrible working environment

Pros

- Multiple locations and ability to work from home - Stock has gone up significantly over the last several years

Cons

- company for input and ideas, but never take employee insight to heart that I witnessed - lack of apparent interest in updating technologies - very slow internal processes across the board - frequent layoffs, positions often outsourced and moved to low cost regions - executive pay has increased over 200% over the last few years, but annual pay increases range from 1-2% (occasionally 3% for elite performers)

Pros

Casual dress Some friendly people Convenient location

Cons

The software product is the worst imaginable. Multiple outages every day and night, angry clients, constant infighting, no documentation, terribly understaffed. Be prepared to be awakened to outages every night and be blamed for not responding fast enough. High turnover and little to no management support, tools or resources.
