Pros
Colleagues are great to work with. Most are very professional. There are work from home opportunities.
Cons
This company is in total chaos. Hiring freeze for the last few years. They don't replace employees that leave, they just expect everyone to pick up the slack. Everything is escalated as an emergency. No raises for a couple years. It's a top-heavy bloated company. Upper management doesn't seem to care about the employees. Also, there is a lack of basic tools needed to do the job. It's like working for the government to get anything done. Very slow.
