Pros
All of this is from a Worldpay perspective (however I did start after FIS bought Worldpay). -Fantastic group of SCs, and everyone across Worldpay is always happy to help. -The organization is well structured and, once you learn who to talk to, it's easy to find information. -Worldpay leadership actually seems to care about us and fights to ensure we're taken care of. -Competitive pay, benefits, and career growth options.
Cons
Again, from a Worldpay perspective. -Obvious divide between FIS and Worldpay (has felt like two separate companies since I started over a year ago). This is even with multiple "win as one team" initiatives. -The majority of FIS people I've worked with are more interested in what benefits them rather than working together as a unified company and doing what's best for our customers. -FIS leadership seems to do what's best for the original FIS groups which can negatively impact the Worldpay group.
