While the recent organizational and leadership changes may be unsettling, we remain committed to communicating timely and important information about our business. We do this through quarterly Message Cascades for Managers to help in facilitating open lines of communication between leaders, managers and employees by keeping the entire workforce informed and connected. It’s our goal that this knowledge-sharing tool will continue bringing teams together and keeping them informed. Despite a slight increase in the national medical plan employee contributions, FIS remains below the national average and has even introduced a new medical plan in 2016 as an effort to provide more cost-effective options. Additionally, we updated the vacation policy and added a week’s vacation to provide a greater benefit offering to our employees as well.
