      Pros

      Opportunities exist due to rapid growth, especially in the Mobile and Overseas areas. Many talented co-workers, and a good mix of employees and contractors.

      Cons

      Rapid growth makes the product development cycles relatively short that sometimes cause high levels of stress near the release times that compromise work-life balance. Company employee continuing education is not a priority.

      Pros

      Workers were nice and there's allot of MANDATORY over-time.

      Cons

      Mandatory everyone to work 5 days a week @12+ hrs. per day . Enormous amount of worker turnover due to $ and employee burn out from the mandatory hours. Expect @ .10-.25 cent yearly increases...regardless of above average performance. Eat, sleep, go back to work..no time for family nor no time off for holidays.

      It was great for a first job. The pay was ok and the hours were abundant. Looking for something more fulfilling now.

      Pros

      Company never closes so there are many hours. Company incentatives and pay for performance available.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Do not like that its hard to get holidays and weekends off. Wish they would close early on some of the holidays.
