Pros

Ability to work remotely, but doesn't balance out the rest

Cons

-Health Insurance is horrible -PTO is not competitive -Salaries are not competitive --Paid out 400 million dollars in dividends to stockholders the past fiscal year, but then cried poverty (Revenues were flat!) and said employees needed to bear the burden and not get promotions/raises---not even a cost of living increase If this is the model for how multibillion dollar corporations treat their employees, do yourself a favor and go work for a small/medium size firm where you are actually valued.

Pros

Being lazy is a positive, accountability for your actions don’t count if you know the right people, very scattered work environment mistakes are not generally noticed and don’t tend to get you fired the higher up your position is.

Cons

Management, work life balance, minimal to no training, unattainable work loads, only measures work if they don’t ‘like’ you, wants you to be a human computer

Pros

Being able to work at home during the pandemic, company laptop, and fin-tech company

Cons

No growth opportunities Dysfunctional and toxic team environment FIS is constantly offshoring, meaning no job security No raises or advancement Almost impossible to get into a different role within the company No raises for 2021 Lack of knowledge from management No mentorships No company culture (FIS is constantly buying new businesses) People Office (HR Team) is useless Too many people who do not belong in management roles No growth for younger employees Whatever position you start out as will likely be your only position within the company (no growth/promotions)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and sharing that you enjoyed remote working flexibility and learning opportunities at FIS during your tenure with us. Unfortunately, since you are no longer an active employee, we can’t work to improve your experience but we would like to share that we do solicit colleague feedback through multiple channels including our engagement surveys on an ongoing basis to improve colleague experience. Best of luck to you.
