Pros

Team is great to work with. Everyone shows respect and integrity.

Cons

Whole departments are being transitioned to an outsourced consulting company. This US company is getting rid of US jobs in favor of cost cutting.

Pros

Peers and Colleagues make it tolerable

Cons

If you are an experienced tech professional, do not tank your career by coming here. This company is 10 years behind any big tech company. It's hodge podge of products and systems purchased over the past 20 years, lacking integration strategy and letting products be incredibly siloed in tools, support processes and client experience. The mentality is "this is how we've always done it" and "we're extremely custom, we won't fit in a box" means there is no standardization. The left hand doesn't talk to the right. Teams continue to push initiatives upstream resulting in duplicate initiatives and overlap vs. having a steering co, executive or transformation office initiate and own priorities and success. Change Management is almost nil, and adoption lacks because there is no executive pushing adoption. Layoffs are considered "standard", which is really most often unnecessary avoidable.
