- Some very well tenured colleagues, who mean well but seems to be stuck in some very old way of working. - Systems and some processes are either OTT or non existent. - Mass layoffs are a concern - hire and fire culture. - Marketing, need a complete overhaul. - Sales org needs more accountability. - Very odd a company of this magnitude to be short on good innovative ideas to drive growth. - Too many 'cooks in the kitchen' pulling in different directions. Too much time be wasted in discussing items rather than execution. - Some competitors are taking a lot of market share in particular solution areas due to being more nimble and faster in execution. - Work/life balance can often be transgressed
