I get to stay abreast of leading edge technology and I work with a great group of people. The company management makes a real effort to keep employees informaed of the company direction and goals.

Cons

There are occasional instances where we need to work outside of the normal operational hours which can require one to work some crazy hours.

Wonderful caring Boss and good co-workers. Interesting and challenging work assignments. Good benefits. Lots of opportunity for learning in current field and to expand to other fields..

Cons

The biggest con is the management wanting us to be in an office even though we can very successfully do our jobs from home. We mostly work for remote clients that require VPN to their systems anyway. I can find myself sitting in the office with not one person that I work with in the same location.
