      Pros

      Getting more knowledge from ATM indusrty, meeting different people from Banks side and creating our name from them.

      Cons

      There are various ups and downs in the company, in few months we have not performed very good but it was satisfied from our side but not from the management side.

      Pros

      Flexi timings.No compulsion of wearing formals which makes it good to work as you do good job when u feel comfortable what you wear.

      Cons

      PPG round is not transparent enough and there is not much difference in compensation decided at the end wheather you are a key performer or an average performer.

      Pros

      They pay on time and have direct deposit.

      Cons

      There is zero recognition for good work, so don't knock yourself out. The managers are just ridiculous and have zero idea of what their employees do. I truly wonder how many of them managed to get hired. This is a technology company and several managers and employees have zero technical background. It's mind boggling, but it is what it is.
