      Pros

      The company is expanding and progressing, hence has a dynamic work environment. Has multiple business lines in India as Development and BPO operations hence offers different work cultures and due to multiple location offices provides diversity also.

      Cons

      Office infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

      Pros

      The compensation is good. Overall stability has been good. Very few times have I seen layoffs that weren't appropriate. I have seen some good people let go as well, but usually it was trimming the not as productive people. FIS low level management is great. They work hard to allow for time off as needed for pesky errands or family situations. Managers understand how hard we work and usually give us the benefit of doubt on those areas. Overall I am pleased to work at FIS, just think the company could be much better like it was in the 1980's and 1990's.

      Cons

      The management team is way over compensated. Their decisions are either so easy a cave man could do it or they screw up a decision so badly, you really wonder how they got to the position they are in. The customers are now driving the show. Management let's the company get pushed around because the just want to say yes to the customer (banks) on any request b/c they know the employees will bend over backwards to get it done.
