Pros

The company has a diverse business across financial services with many opportunities for career moves. Many of the teams/people are fantastic to work with across lines of business. The headquarters in Jacksonville is brand new and a beautiful workplace.

Cons

There have been many challenges with the company ever since the 'Failed' Worldpay acquisition. The company struggled to keep costs down and had multiple cost-cutting programs which had limited success. The company is now in a downward spiral and is poised for more cost-cutting which will likely negatively impact the morale.

Pros

Learning experience in chargebacks, credit/debit processing and experience in banking systems and regulations. Great way to add banking or Fintech experience and you get to at least learn some back-end office functions if you find the time to look over the documents, yet they are a bit outdated.

Cons

Poor pay structure. Leadership is overworked and hard to get a hold of. Never able to reach someone in HR regarding sign-on bonus that I never got. Metrics are unreasonable. Constant availability for call center like environment and customer service issues outside of normal job duties. Mandatory Overtime all the time. Ever changing processes that have yet to prove to be efficient and not everyone gets the information when needed.
